DEVELOPMENT TRAINING WEEK

  

18th August to 22nd August

At

Trowbridge Sports Centre

8.30am – 10.30am

  

(8.30-9.00 Land Training/9.00-10.30 Swim)

 

The week has been organised for development swimmers and will focus on:

  

• Dry land practices
• Starts and turns
• Technique in all four strokes

 

The cost will be £25 and will be on a first come first served basis.
