Wiltshire Centenary Polo Shirts

Polo Shirts can now be ordered with the Centenary Logo embroidered in blue.  They are priced at £17.50 (which includes your name embroidered under the logo if you so wish.

I plan to order the polo shirts once a month (unless I am inundated with orders!).  The first order will be placed in the week commencing 21st May.

If you wish to order a polo shirt please complete the form below and send it to me with your payment (Cheques should be made payable to Wilts. County ASA) by:  Saturday, 20th May.   Any orders received after that day will be ordered in June.
